Personal Training Sessions
In Today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Dark Knight Training offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise program fitted specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Sports Group Training Sessions
Our group training sessions take place in a small group training environment with an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1. This type of training format we feel will provide the most motivating, stimulating, educational and unconditionally positive environment for all our athletes to achieve their goals.

Functional Fit/Circuit Group Training Sessions
Dark knight training also offers Group Training as the perfect solution for people looking for the benefits of one-on-one training at a more affordable price. The service is ideal for groups of 6-8 individuals with similar fitness goals. Each small group training session is filled with fun and challenging strength, flexibility and cardiovascular activities designed to help you quickly reach your fitness goals.
