On the other hand, circuit training allows you to achieve your training goals through a fast-paced, high-intensity work out. Essentially, a circuit training is done through performing one exercise right after another (in a circuit). For example, you can do curls, immediately followed by squats, then immediately followed by a set of lunges. Exercises are done in rapid succession typically with little to no rest in between.
